Returns & Exchanges

Études Studio offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that archive sales and specific limited-edition collaborations may be subject to different return conditions.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact, and include a copy of your return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
